A content session is a beautifully condensed version of the Pillow Talk boudoir experience. Created for those who are excited to collaborate, help bring new creative visions to life, and experience a stunning photoshoot with ease. You’ll still get the full Pillow Talk vibe: expert posing support, a thoughtfully curated shoot (30 - 45 minutes), and a chance to see yourself through an empowering, artistic lens. It may be short and sweet, but it’s still intimate and impactful.

While we’ll still be getting those stunning stills you love, these sessions have a major focus on VIDEO. We’ll be capturing: behind-the-scenes, "Day in the Life" content, transition and reels-style footage. This will be shot on DSLR & iPhone for different platforms.

No experience necessary BUT you MUST be comfortable in front of the camera!

These sessions are completely free. No session fee, no obligation to purchase more. We like to be upfront and honest about the cost of additional photos if you decide to go that route.

All that’s required is a signed model release and your full commitment to showing up and respecting the experience.

What’s Required of You:

These sessions are free of charge, but participation comes with a few important expectations. Please read carefully:

💥 Signed Model Release
You must agree to full use of images and video content from your session for promotional and social media purposes. If you’re uncomfortable with your images being shared, this opportunity is not the right fit for you.

💄 Hair & Makeup
You’ll come to your session with your own hair and makeup done. Simple and natural is totally fine! (Tamed hair, filled brows, and a touch of mascara go a long way on camera.)

👙 Outfits
You’ll bring up to 2 outfits of your choice. Nudity is always welcome if you’re comfortable, but not required.

📍 Location & Availability
Sessions will take place in Vernon, BC, on weekdays only, with studio and outdoor options available. Dates/times are pre selected and first come/first serve below.

🕰️ Punctuality & Respect
No-shows or late arrivals without notice will not be allowed to book with Pillow Talk Studios or any affiliated businesses in the future. This may be complimentary, but it’s still a professional experience, please treat it as such. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your session, your session will be cancelled. There are NO RESCHEDULES for these sessions.

After Your Session

Once your content session is complete, here’s what happens next:

🖼️ Proofing Gallery
You’ll receive a private online proofing gallery within 2 weeks of your session. This is where you’ll select your 3 complimentary images, and where you can choose to purchase additional ones if you wish.

⏳ 72-Hour Viewing Window
Your gallery will be available for 72 hours. Be sure to make your selections during this time — access extensions are not guaranteed.

🔒 Watermarked Images
All proofs are watermarked and unretouched. Please note that screenshotting or sharing these images is considered image theft and violates the terms of this session.

💸 Additional Images
If you choose to purchase extra images, pricing is as follows:
• $50 each
• $45 each when you buy 5+
• $40 each when you buy 10+
All prices are subject to GST.

✨ Final Edits & Delivery
Once your selections are made and any additional images are paid for, your chosen images will be professionally retouched and delivered in high-resolution via private download link.

📣 Image Usage
Images from your session may be used across Pillow Talk Studios’ platforms throughout 2025–2026, including website, social media, and marketing materials. If there's a timeline-specific campaign or project, you may even see your image featured!

All bookings are first come, first served.

Please note: These content sessions were offered to individuals who indicated flexible availability. While I’d love to accommodate everyone, I’m a one-woman show, and I won’t be able to adjust times or locations individually.

If none of the available options work for you, no hard feelings. I hope you’ll apply again for future opportunities!

Once you’ve chosen your preferred time and booked your spot, you’ll receive a contract by email within 24 hours. You’re not officially booked in until that contract is signed. Contracts must be signed within 72 hours, or your spot will be released to someone else.

Studio Sessions

Our studio is thoughtfully designed with boudoir in mind. Every section has a purpose and a vibe. For these sessions, we’ll have a handful of fun little setups ready to go.

We may use a mix of them, or we might stick to just one. It really depends on the vibe of the day, your energy, and how the session flows. These are quick content sessions, so please don’t expect to use every prop or piece of furniture during your shoot. Trust the process, we’ll make magic no matter what.

It’s time to Prep!

What to Wear

  • Wardrobe Responsibility: Bring up to two outfits for your session. Use items you already own or shop for something new you’ll love.

  • Shopping Tips:

    • Visit local lingerie stores and mention it’s for a boudoir shoot; staff are there to help.

    • Avoid sites like AliExpress or Wish due to unreliable quality and shipping.

    • Recommended stores: La Senza, Torrid, Shein, Amazon, Adam & Eve, Yandy (read reviews before buying, online stores are good in a pinch).

  • Outfit Recommendations:

    • Choose form-fitting lingerie like bodysuits, teddies, bralette/panty sets, or high-waisted options.

    • Non-lingerie ideas: crop tops, flowing dresses, or knee-high socks, cozy sweaters, plaid, your fave jeans, your partners button up shirt, any bridal accessories (if you’re soon to be a bride!)

    • Avoid shapeless outfits like baby dolls or slips; they don’t enhance your curves.

    • Outdoor Session ideas: cowboy boots, cowboy or sun hats, bathing suits, white t shirt, sheer dress/robe, jean jacket (be ready to get them dirty and or wet!)

    • NUDES ARE WELCOME! There is absolutely no pressure to do any topless or full nude images but if you’d like any, they will be at the end of the session

  • Accessories & Personal Touches:

    • Add stockings, jewelry, wedding accessories (veil, shoes, ring), or a meaningful item from your partner (jersey, dress shirt, etc.).

  • Preparation: Remove tags from outfits beforehand to save time and ensure they aren’t missed during the shoot.

Hair & Makeup

  • Not Included: Hair and makeup services are not included with a teaser session.

  • Your Choice: You’re welcome to do your own or request our list of recommended hair & makeup artists.

  • Find Inspiration: Explore the Pillow Talk Studios website or search for “boudoir makeup” on Pinterest for ideas.

  • Be You: Whether you prefer a natural look or full glam, we want you to feel comfortable in your own skin. Makeup is entirely optional, and we love photographing both natural and glam clients.

Laser, Shaving, Waxing

  • Laser Hair Removal:

    • Takes 6–10 treatments to become permanent.

    • Schedule 2–3 weeks before your session to allow for hair shedding and smooth skin.

  • Waxing:

    • Brazilian, bikini, or underarm wax: 5–7 days before your session.

    • Brow wax: About a week prior to avoid irritation.

  • Shaving: Do it the night before or morning of your session for best results.

  • Skin Care Tips:

    • Avoid sun exposure to prevent harsh tan lines or sunburns—they’re difficult to edit.

    • Skip the tanning bed to avoid burns before your shoot.

Manicure & Pedicure

  • Nail Appointments: Schedule a manicure and pedicure a couple of days before your session. Choose neutral or solid colors that complement your outfits; avoid neons or bright shades.

  • Press-On Nails: If gel or acrylic isn’t an option, try press-on nails from Walmart, Sally’s, or London Drugs. Apply them before the session and bring adhesive glue for touch-ups.

  • DIY Nails: Skip professional services if they’re not your style. Instead:

    • Fingernails: Cut, file, and ensure they’re clean.

    • Feet: Use a pumice stone for smooth skin.

  • Reminder: Your toes will be visible in the shoot, so don’t forget to show them some love!

Week of your Session

  • Pack & Plan Ahead: Double-check your bag to ensure you’ve packed everything you need. Know the location and plan your route to avoid last-minute stress.

  • Hydration & Skincare: Stay hydrated, moisturize your skin (including lips), and clean any jewelry you plan to wear for a polished look.

  • Stretch & Rest: Boudoir poses can be physical—stretch daily leading up to your session. Get a good night’s sleep to avoid puffy eyes.

  • Healthy Habits:

    • Night Before: Eat a light, healthy dinner and avoid alcohol or late-night partying. If shaving, do it now for smooth skin.

    • Day Of: Eat a light meal before your session, wear loose-fitting clothes to avoid pressure marks, and use clear deodorant.

  • Final Tips: Arrive with a fresh face and no hair products if you’re doing your own prep. Most importantly…relax and enjoy your special day!

Skincare: Sunburn, Tanning, Tattoos & Piercings

  • Tattoos & Piercings: Avoid getting new ones before your session to prevent risks like infection, swelling, or rejection that could impact your shoot.

  • Routine Changes: Don’t introduce new skincare or haircare products within two weeks of your session to avoid allergic reactions or breakouts. If you have fashion colours in your hair, ensure as much excess dye is washed out before the session.

  • Spray Tans: A big no! Spray tans often appear orange or streaky on camera. Embrace your natural skin tone instead.

  • Sun Exposure: Avoid sunburns, peeling skin, or bold tan lines—they’re difficult or impossible to edit out.

  • Editing Notice: Additional charges may apply for extensive body-altering edits; full terms will be in your contract.

Day of your Session

Your Teaser Session is designed to give you a taste of the Pillow Talk experience, capturing stunning images in a focused 30-minute shoot. Here's how it works:

Arrival & Outfits

Once you arrive, we’ll quickly review your outfits and decide which one to start with. Teaser sessions allow for 2 outfit changes, so be sure to come fully prepared and ready to go—there’s no time for hair or makeup touch-ups at the studio.

The Session

The clock will start, and you’ll be amazed at how much we can achieve in our short session! I’ll guide you through a range of poses and shots for video. From simple and elegant to spicy and smouldering. You don’t need to worry about a thing; posing, facial expressions, and even the tiniest details (like what to do with your hands or toes!) are all my job.

Before you know it, the session will fly by, leaving you on a high note and excited for your proofing gallery!
